Fulham Road SW6
Redevelopment of 23 apartments for Go Native starting with a feasibility study: a useful assessment of fabric, space, cost plan and market value to establish a realistic direction and level of investment for the project.
Built over shops on Fulham Road the entire site has been stripped-out, services renewed and spaces re-planned to ease circulation and maximise space and light. Widened corridors, new lighting and signage take guests easily from the street to their front door, where common factors are a strong neutral base of natural finish, streamlined kitchens, neat shower rooms and built-in wardrobes; beyond this the individual character of apartments remains with different sometimes open-plan layouts and an easygoing mix of furniture and art. As at America Square the aim is super comfy home-stay not formal hotel, and re-landscaped courtyards, previously unloved and underused, add not just outside space but a relaxed feel of familiar back garden.
