A joint venture between long-standing collaborators Utility and Case: as a result of working together on hotel projects we noticed a gap in the market for easy-order furniture packages, designed to meet challenging commercial criteria, also to look good, be easily maintained and last; this in contrast to a fast-furniture and disposable attitude prevalent in the industry, and a lack of understanding of where value lies.

Our solution is 3 ready-made families of furniture, lighting, textiles and art, plus outdoor, assembled in complete sets specifically for hospitality, residential and rental property. 3 Collections to suit a range of budgets with distinct personalities in colour, finish and style. Each piece appropriate for contract use, made from materials with inherent longevity and a trackable supply chain.

This will necessarily be an evolving process as markets shift and new suppliers and fabrication methods become available; design is never static, which also means that if the collections are not quite right for you we can customise to a specific site and brief, without complicating the process or the programme.
